Two weeks ago, we announced the start of a new social book club, Mashable Reads — and we were blown away by your positive reception and excitement

In addition to picking a book each month to read with our community, we will bring the author into Mashable's HQ in New York City where we'll host a Twitter chat using the hashtag #MashReads to give you the opportunity to ask the author your questions

For our first Mashable Reads, we chose The Love Affairs of Nathaniel P. by Adelle Waldman, a brilliant literary fiction novel that grapples with the difficulties of dating in New York City
