Apple may finally be catching up to demand for the iPhone 5S.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple has requested its supplier, Foxconn, shift resources away from the cheaper iPhone 5C and increased production for the iPhone 5S, helping to reduce wait times for the latter device

One anonymous source tells the Journal that Foxconn is now producing 500,000 iPhone 5S devices per day, the most that the manufacturer has ever produced.
